Quick and easy service, kind staff and easy communication made our stay decent. The hotel's location was great for us as it was close to the airport. Another advantage was that the staff helped us with getting a taxi. it was a decent stay.
The hotel lacked a lot of amenities that we expected from a hotel. The rooms were very tiny and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Although the hotel offers a great location near the airport, it lacks city life that you may desire in your holiday. When it comes to the room, it is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is spacious with the necessary amenities available. We were pleased with the service from the hotel staff, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. the breakfast was also served fresh and delicious every morning. the Peppery Hills Hotel was a great experience with facilities such as a pool and fitness center to utilize.
The hotel could improve the soundproofing in the rooms to reduce noise levels from outside.

the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made our stay all the more enjoyable. They were quick to respond to any requests we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Another thing we loved was the convenience of the location. It was close to the airport and made it easy for us to catch our flight. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions.
The location wasn't very central. It was situated in an area that didn't offer much in terms of sightseeing or dining options.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel provided great staff service. From the moment I was welcomed to the last goodbye, the staff was always there to assist me with any request. Communication was easy and the staff gladly helped me get a taxi when needed. The location is a plus, close enough to easily explore this city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. I also loved the complimentary breakfast that provided a variety of delicious options!
All was perfect.
